Flu Continues

Despite being dosed up with plenty of medicine, this bout of flu still has a hold of me. I've missed the last two days of work and with tomorrow being Friday, I don't think I will be back to normal until Monday.

Trying to catch up with some reading. So many books. I've probably got more than I can realistically get through.

I picked up the new Steve Wilson album a few days ago but I don't find it as interesting as his last few albums. In fairness, it's mostly a series of tracks that didn't fit in with previous albums.

Also, I'm managing to get a little more writing done.

But, I bought it thinking that it likely wouldn’t provide me enough utility to remove permanently the mechanical beauties from my wrist. For a short time I was wrong. I wasn’t terribly happy about it, but that was the reality. Then I came to my senses.

Flu

Coming down with the flu again. Despite all my best efforts to ward off a cold, it's the season for headaches, shivers and runny noses. My working environment doesn't help but what can you do? I've got the surgical mask and portable soap dispenser.

Stoked to see a new/old reissue for Vangelis on Boomkat. Pricey but essential.
